Created a 3PL multi-phase implementation RFP process for $35 Billion global consumer products company who wished to outsource their North American distribution operations for 3,600 SKUs. Met with global cross-functional and cross-division Client Stakeholders to obtain necessary information (e.g. desired services, service levels, operating requirements, SOPs, network strategy, product profile and volume). Based on Stakeholder input, created a 3PL Procedures document for RFP Participants and future Distribution Operations projects. Sourced and vetted RFP candidates utilizing 36-point evaluation and qualification process starting with 41 vendors and ending with 8 vendor invitations. Created RFP Packet which included: Process guidelines, RFP document with service KPIs, 3PL Procedures, proposal SOW templates, pricing template, cover letter, and notice of intention. Created RFP review process and packet which included: review and negotiation procedures; aggregation tool; evaluation templates; master scorecard for Proposal; Presentation and Site Visit evaluations; negotiation steps and tools; award letter; SOW and SLA templates.
