APPROACH

  • Conduct ‘insource’ vs. ‘outsource’ analysis
  • Supplier search, validation, and preselection
  • Create customized bid package (sourcing strategy, NDA, bid document, performance metrics, SLAs, bid guidelines, proposal template), negotiations strategy, proposal evaluation matrix, correspondence templates
  • Facilitate bid process, including demonstrations and site visits
  • Assist or lead supplier contract negotiations, including developing and writing contract
  • Can work independently or with client team
  • Provide hands on training to client team
