For targeted spend categories, create and facilitate appropriate bid method (RFI, RFQ, RFP, targeted negotiations, reverse auction, spot buys)
APPROACH
- Conduct ‘insource’ vs. ‘outsource’ analysis
- Supplier search, validation, and preselection
- Create customized bid package (sourcing strategy, NDA, bid document, performance metrics, SLAs, bid guidelines, proposal template), negotiations strategy, proposal evaluation matrix, correspondence templates
- Facilitate bid process, including demonstrations and site visits
- Assist or lead supplier contract negotiations, including developing and writing contract
- Can work independently or with client team
- Provide hands on training to client team
